Four storey, 3 bedroom finca, beautifully converted from a farm building, designed and finished by the owner in a contemporary style, offering luxury and comfort with private infinity pool and huge outdoor terraced space with spectacular views of the valley below and mountains above. Perfectly situated for day trips to the historic cities of Ronda, Seville, Granada and Malaga and for a good variety of beaches at the coastal resorts of Marbella. This is a rural, non-commercial, typically Spanish location and not for those preferring a more tourist-based holiday. The property is very popular with motorbike and cycling enthusiasts with its quiet, winding mountain roads, all the way from the coast up to Ronda, or if you'd prefer just to sit around and do absolutely nothing, there's tons of outdoor space, a perfect holiday home

The infinity pool is 9x4m and for the sole use of guests. It has no shallow end and is not heated. It is fenced and gated with a lock for the safety of young children. The house boasts no less than 5 large terraces, including an amphitheatre and BBQ with a fireplace and outside sink and taps with running hot water for al fresco dining. The pool and terraces are tastefully lit so guests can enjoy the use of the garden and pool during the warm evenings. There is also plenty of comfortable garden and poolside furniture, a hammock, a shaded walkway, and loads of space to read, sunbathe, have an afternoon nap or just take in the fantastic views. Below the house, the valley is full of orange groves and is a hive of activity, with the local villagers working their land, beautiful Andalucian horses, farmers bringing their home grown produce up to the village on donkeys. They are very welcoming to holiday makers.
